When I was 21, I left the big city life of London, with just a rucksack to find my tribe, knowing very little but trusting that the universe will guide me to my place.

2 years on and I'm living in an ashram deep in the desert in Israel, on the border of Jordan & Egypt. I've spent my time diving deep into meditation and personal development, finding my peace and power in equal measure, understanding how I manifest my soul's deepest desires, to be an individual and part of a greater whole.

I believe that everything happens for a reason.
I believe in honesty and openess, even when it's challenging.
I believe in bringing love to each and every being we encounter, to the best of our ability.
I believe that under all of our conditioning and stories and personalities, we are the same.
