My names Tamara, I'm an Australian studying Law (but transferring over to Psychology) and currently living in America on an exchange program as an Au Pair. I am here for 2 years. I've spent one year in Atlanta and I'm spending my second year in D.C!

I am on couchsurfing for a number of reasons. I think it's such a great concept and love the idea of welcoming people into my home and being welcomed into other people's homes. You are able to learn about the way people live and love. In this current world couchsurfing and meeting all these wonderful people while traveling reminds me that people are still good. It's also a great way to meet people and make these connections with people from all walks of life and be able to share in the culture and experiences of people who you might have otherwise never met.

兴趣

I like reading, traveling, playing piano, good beer, motorbike riding, horses and wide open spaces. I love singing at the top of my lungs in the car even though my voice is something to be feared and onlookers probably think I'm dying. I love good conversations and people watching.

Music || My music tastes vary, I'm a country girl so I love country music but I'm also a big fan of alternative music. On my iPod you would find in my most recently played a band called Run River North and Halsey.

Reading || I love all types of books. A few of my Favourites are The Lincoln Lawyer, Crime and Punishment and Harry Potter to name a few.

Movies || I love horror and comedy. A few movies I like are Harry Potter, 8 Seconds, Lone Survivor, The Blind Side and Final Girl.
