I am an avid traveler who has been traveling around the world from the age of 2. I have heard about couchsurfing for year but recently decided to finally jump in. I am currently living in Indonesia where I am an artist in residence with a puppet theater group where I make films and video art. I was born in the U.S., and from california, but spent my childhood in Panama and have been living in different parts of the world ever since!

I am visiting amsterdam at the moment and have decided to extend my stay a week, but having a hard time finding accommodation :)

I have a really wide taste of music from the around the world. I love anything with a beat that you can dance to or that moves the soul. My favorite films are La Haine, Amelie, The Godfather, Pan's Labyrinth, The Spirit of the Behive, Repulsion, and many more. My favorite book of all time is 100 years of Solitude.
