About Me

Hello world and fellow travelers!

I'm Tamara, 24, from the beautiful city of Vienna (Austria).
So, yes, I'm a student and I can tell you (or most of you know it anyways): life as a student is great! I mean it's great when you don't think about student loans, finals or your empty fridge at home; but beside that it's wonderful!
It's a part of your life where you have the freedom and time to explore and discover yourself. I, for my part, do that by traveling. It's my passion and also somehow my answer to the ohhh so deep "what's the purpose of life" question. Besides traveling, I love to learn new languages, meet new people, read, cook, eat, drink, dance (terribly), laugh ... the list could go on and on ,but what it basically means: I like to get to know new people, try out new things and live life to its fullest.
I'm looking forward to meeting you!

Cheers
Tama

PS. Unfortunately, I can't currently host anyone. If you are not lucky on couchsurfing, you can use this 30€ voucher on a booking on Airbnb.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

As I already mentioned, I love to travel and the great thing about traveling, (NB inspirational mainstream quote is coming) it is "the only thing you can buy that makes you richer". Well, yes countless Tumblr wallpapers and Instagram pics are telling you the same as I do now, but you know what? They are right. I mean what on earth can really make you rich besides family and friends? What else can be so magnificent, exciting, breathtaking, enriching and instructive at the same time than traveling? Well, cats could be, but that's not my point. I'm talking about the wonders and facettes traveling can offer you. And you and me, we are part of it. By exchanging our stories, life lessons and memories, either over intellectual conversations or some beers, we enrich our worlds. You and me, we create new stories, life lessons and memories. We enrich each other and that's why I'm on Couchsurfing.

NB: I'll ask the same in return. ;)
