Overview
About Me
I am a teacher from Zurich, who loves to travel and anything related, like hosting. I am not yet experienced with couch surfing, but very much so with long term intercultural exchanges through AFS (been to exchange in Brazil and a host sister in Switzerland as well). Aside from travelling I love reading, drawing, jogging, hiking in the Swiss Alps, bike, yoga, logicals, …
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Because I cherish travelling, especially when connecting with and not only looking at each other from afar. I feel like couchsurfing is a great way to get to know a bit more of the local culture and engage with the people, rather than just look at the landscape.
And it‘s also a good way of making travelling affordable for a wider range of people.

My exchange year in Brazil which changed my life. And my gap year in Ghana!
Teach, Learn, Share
I‘m happy to build a language tandem to teach and/or practise together. I speak German, English, Portuguese and French. I would love to share details of my culture and learn about yours as well.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I am passionate about intercultural learning so I would love to share about my culture and learn about yours. I can, as mentioned, also help with practisubg a few languages. Apart from that I am open to help in any way I can; share the household chores, or lend a helping hand wherever needed!
