About Me

I'm an enthusiastic ecology freak, a naive idealist and an alternative music lover.

After living in Switzerland and Buenos Aires, traveling a bit in South America, staying for a while in London and living in New Zealand, I am now in Bristol. I am now flatting, so not ideal to host, but would love to do it again in the future.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm here because the idea is great, I like the friendly / DIY / alternative / cheap way of traveling and meeting people I'd probably never meet without it. Till now I only had great experiences with the project, and made some awesome friends.

Interests

music (metal, experimental, alternative non-mainstream stuff, ...), gigs, ecology, sustainable development, underground cultural scenes, the bands I work with as a booker, meeting new people, veganism, cooking, travelling, ...

Music, Movies, and Books

music: metal / rock / noise / stoner ...
books: I fell in love with Generation X, 1984, Animal Farm and Brave New World
about movies, The Holly Grail must be my absolute nb 1!...

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

pretty various things can be amazing... what comes to my mind is: squats, how people organize and what they make happen, the huge and almost untouched wild areas I've seen in America and Kyrgyztan, and gigs can sometimes be totally mind-blowing too

Teach, Learn, Share

"teach", hmmm... maybe some vegan cooking tricks and recipes, or French; or sharing ideas about changing the world, starting with the cities!

learn: yes! curious about what people know, not set on a specific skill

What I Can Share with Hosts

Some good addresses, cooking / dining sessions, going out for a beer, a tour or a gig, depending on the time available!

Countries I’ve Visited

Argentina, Australia, Canada, Chile, China, Croatia, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Kyrgyzstan, New Zealand, Portugal, Spain, United Kingdom, United States

Countries I’ve Lived In

Argentina, Germany, New Zealand, Serbia, Switzerland, United Kingdom
