About Me
Hi there!
My name is Tamir. I live in Israel since I was born. Within Israel - I live in Zichron Ya'akov with my mom, and in Tel Aviv with my dad. I have two sisters, older than me. One, Ofir, now lives and works in Australia, and will be there for the next year. The other one, oldest in the family, lives and studies law at The University of Kent, UK; though currently, she's on a year off.
I'd like to describe myself as having my head in the sky while keeping my feet on the ground. That means that you always should have a vision, a strive for a goal; but yet staying realistic, understanding what you need to do now to support yourself, and to achieve your goals and wills.
Alongside that, I believe we came to be happy (באנו לעשות שמח). That means we are here to enjoy life, to have fun, to joke, to make the most out of reality as it is.
And I really believe in that way of living.
Quick fact: I don't like chocolate. :O
Non-smoke person.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Cause it's awesome!
On the about page, it says: "You have friends all over the world, you just haven't met them yet" - And that is the amazing idea I like about Couchsurfing, and why I am a part of it.
Also, It is a great way to travel & connect with people from around the globe. :)

Music, Movies, and Books
I don't have a specific style of music, but I can say I don't like screaming Metal and that sort.
I do love music that makes you feel; Or just music with good vibes.
I like Comedy, Action and Family movies. Also, I like Documentary and History shows.
I love reading good articles (and also fine ones ;) and interviews with interesting people.
Obviously, I also like books. I used to read a lot of fiction books (fantasy, science fiction), now reading more nonfiction books (management, behavioral sciences), though I still like them both.
I also like to listen to podcasts (science, tech, history, etc), and watch educational videos (about science and life) on youtube
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
