I am happy to share with you my knowledge of exercise, nutrition, cooking and things to do in Hawaii. I would love to hike with you, very easy-very hard. Bicycle is my main method of transportation. I have cycled around most of the island of Oahu and would be happy to ride with you and show you around if my schedule allows:)
I love food and cooking and prepare almost everything I eat myself, as much as possible using locally sourced and sustainably grown ingredients.
I love to learn about or gain a new perspective on or appreciation for just about anything, especially from someone who is passionate about it or excellent at it! I am interested and fascinated easily and never bored :)
