About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Breathe and live.

ABOUT ME

New update as of April 2010:
Currently working as a project manager for a small events company and loving my work life. I'm addicted to making events happen and meeting new and interesting people in the process.
==============

I just quit my job a month ago thinking enough's enough. Planning to travel to BKK using train from Singapore and cross borders to other countries like Cambodia, Laos, Vietnam before I start looking for a job seriously.

I'm very active in volunteer work and will most probably look for NGO to work for during my travel.

PHILOSOPHY

Smile, cos that's the best that you could do for yourself. I believe in being positive for anything.

And also, laugther is the best medicine.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

By checking the forums and replying messages. I can't host anyone as I'm living with my parent. However, I can bring visitors around to the non-touristy places and where the locals are.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Not much of experiences.. but slowly building up the list..
-Food and drinks guide to Marion and Andre from Germany

Interests

I enjoy taking photographs, of anything. I'm usually more expressive with using the camera and putting captions to the photos.

I'm also into volunteer work, mainly targeting the children / youths. I've volunteered myself in overseas expeditions in Chiang Mai (Thailand) and West Bengal (India). The projects were mainly to help raise fund for the orphanage and running english classes and various activities for the children/youths. I've also volunteered myself to work with trouble youths. We run camps to help the kids get back on their paths etc.

I'm also a food junkie. I love to try food that interests me.. however there's a control needed as I have IBS (irritable bowel syndrome).

Music, Movies, and Books

I watch anything except that I try to avoid horror movie if I can. I jump easily, hence horror films are not recommended for myself.

Give me any music except for techno. I only listen to techno when I run, but that's if I have nothing else in my player. I listen to anything to everything, depending on my mood. It could be a track from Frank Sinatra or BEP. You get the idea.

Again, I read all stuffs, but I do enjoy reading John Grisham's books alot. I also find myself flipping pages steadily if they are related to child psychology or thriller. Not really a huge fan of the romance anymore. That was a old interest. But sometimes, it could be a good genre to keep myself entertained too.

I'm pretty easy goin'.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The far most amazing thing i've done is snorting tosbaco sauce.
