ABOUT ME

I am 20 years old and am a rather ditsy yet intelligent person. I have a Canon 40D, which I try to lug around out of love but it's about the same weight to carry my own head, so sometimes I will "forget it." My dad taught me how to drive manual cars and enjoyed saying things like "wow kristen, I didn't know the car could even do that." I love traveling and learning about the small nuances in cultures. When I try to write descriptions of myself they come off rather lame as you'll read here. I have a 10 year old brother. I'm only 5'1; this was very disappointing news since until a week ago I could have sworn I was 5'2. I have a boyfriend named Sam who is learning to kite board. I attended private school for the first 9 years of my life. I love animals: but it will always be dogs before cats. I enjoy the outdoors and actually experiencing them in the jungle and the forest; trails optional. I feel that since traveling I become more mature and it has greatly helped me to open my eyes.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I went Zorbing, which is when you are strapped into a giant inflatable ball and pushed down a hill, in Brighton, England. So much fun, do try.

Practical skill: When laying tile floors, try not to step on the tiles that you've just lain. They will move I promise you. I've tried it. :)
