my name is Tanja, currently studying digital art in Belgrade, Serbia. Besides movies, my greatest passion is traveling, and exploring new places, cities, culture and people. With that in mind, I love taking photos of my journeys. That helps me to keep in memory everything that I would probably forget.
I would describe myself as an artist/ dreamer/ traveler/ adventurer and old soul.

MUSIC IS MY RELIGION! Without anything further, I will just say the names of my favorite bands:
Thievery Corporation/ Massive Attack/ Radiohead/ Portishead/ Yo La Tengo/ Cafe Del Mar/ Hollie Cook/ Robert Glasper and many more. Also, big fan of jazz, alternative rock, blues, reggeaton and salsa music.

MOVIES ARE MY ADDICTION! I love to watch movies, to talk about movies, to read about history of movies! My favorite movies are: Amelie/ Eternal Sunshine of Spotless Mind/ Pianist/ American Psycho/ Gone With The Wind/ Ivan's Childhood/ Half Nelson/ Her/ Lost in Translation and many more.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

• biked from Belgrade to Budapest (400km+) to go on a concert of my favorite band- Thievery Corporation
• saved a friend's life when he fell from the motorbike, completely drunk.
• volunteered for few months in shelters for orphans
• hiked on the mountain Rumia (Montenegro) 1800+ m without any knowledge about hiking or preparations.
• traveled alone to USA when I was 18
• Went to North Poland to Radiohead's concert. Probably best night ever.
• Survived falling from a train, car accident, breaking both legs while playing football. Also survived while dogs were biting my leg and falling from a bike from a hill. Oh yes, and i survived two hurricanes while I was living in Dominican Republic
• Renovated my home completely all by myself
• Fell in love like from the movies
• learned Spanish from the movies and TV serie

I am really flexible person, so I can cook for my hosts, prepare someting from serbian cuisine, help in everything they need. I can teach them some Serbian, or how to take good photos. Also I love to share my knowledge about movies, languages, history and so on.
