These are always so difficult to summarize!
Im a Swede who moved to Canada when i was 8, so i consider myself Canadian, though I still have lots of family in Sweden.
I have worked in kitchens my entire working career, and love experimenting with foods, and cooking in general.
Apart from moving around, I went travelling for the first time to South East Asia when i was 21. It was such an amazing experience, and I've had the travel bug since.
