Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Because this is how the world should be.

So far all our CS experiences have been very positive. Hope to have a chance to host fellow travelers / surf couches more in the future!

Interests

We both enjoy spending time outdoors (especially hiking and camping), traveling, seeing a good movie and meeting friends for a coffee or drink. We cycle throughout the year and try to live green in other ways, as well.

Saša is into many kinds of sports, especially mountain climbing and soccer. Tanja enjoys all sorts of little art projects, and our home's mostly decorated with her 'recycled design'.

Teach, Learn, Share

Our mini-family being only half Finnish, we'd like to think we've managed to maintain both "insider's" and "outsider's" view on Finland and Finnish culture. And as we both are geographers, places, spaces and identities are never far from our thoughts ;) We try to reject simple truths about people and cultures, and welcome good conversations instead!
