I'm a 22 year old University student in Edmonton, Canada. I'm a business student with a major in Natural Resource Economics & a minor in Business Law. I've lived all over the Western Provinces as I grew up with oil & forestry. Being back in Edmonton after 16 years is amazing! After graduation I'm looking forward to travelling the world and experiencing new cultures.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: I grew up on country music, but I'm pretty much into anything! Country will always hold a spot in my heart! Most recently I've seen Shania Twain, Nicki Minaj, Madonna, and Keith Urban.

Movies: Titanic will always be a favourite of mine. I love going to see movies with my friends whenever possible.

Books: Clichely, Harry Potter will always be my number 1 (child of the 90's). I love everything from the classics to what's newly being published. I'm currently working through Harper Lee's newest release, which I'm hoping to finish after this semester.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I think that the most amazing thing I've done was going to live in Japan for one summer when I was 16. It was my first time truly separated from my family and friends. I wasn't changing the world or anything, but as someone who constantly moved throughout their childhood (and really only had their family) this was my first big push from the nest.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can share my knowledge of English and French, and a bit of Italian and Spanish! Also, I'm very well versed on current events and economics. I love cooking and would love to share some of the family recipes with whoever I'm with!
