I'm a Canadian from Vancouver, B.C. I just finished my bachelor's degree and am currently taking a gap year before starting my master's. I studied abroad in France during the third year of my undergrad and I completely fell in love with Europe. I love learning languages and learning about other cultures.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I always find I have the most authentic travel experiences when I'm staying with a local. It's hard to appreciate a city without understanding the culture, and staying in someone's home really gives you the chance to see it through their eyes. I also love the chance to talk and get to know people from all over the world.

Music, Movies, and Books

I usually listen to rock music and some metal (Rise Against, Metallica, The Pretty Reckless, Oomph). I also love classic French litterature, and am currently working my way through Les Misérables.
