Life is short and I am looking for meaningful adventure. I would like to see the world for what it is in the true sense. As I explore new cities, I want to find those hidden gems to explore and see it as a local instead of a tourist.

I like exploring both new cities as well as nature - hiking, trail biking and taking pictures of beautiful landscapes or cityscapes. I'm always on the lookout to learn something new or to improve myself. I'm a huge foodie and love coffee and desserts. Do like to work out too so interested in new fitness routines or spin, yoga, barre, etc.

I like all types of music. My typical choice based on radio station would be pop - I'm mostly tuned into NY Z100 on XM. But except for country and rap, I listen to pretty mucheverything.
As for books - I read fiction as well as non fiction. It's been hard to make time for reading these days with work, so it's been books on self improvement, leadership skills and coaching (ugh!)
I love movies although as is the current trend, I watch more Netflix or HBO series than movies. I typically like movies with substance - something that I can relate to or learn from (so not into fantasy or science fiction or horror) or comedies.

Amazing thing I've seen...Banff in Alberta, Canada. The entire Banff and Jasper national forest area is spectacular with blue green lakes and plenty of opportunity to get lost in nature whether you like kayaking, hiking or skiing, or just chilling by the city streets lined with art galleries.
My favorite was the the hike ...the plain of six glaciers trail from Lake Louise to the lovely Tea House up on the mountain. The views are spectacular and it's a great workout. The Tea House is situated at the top of the mountain and is perfect for lunch mid way through the hike.
