About Me
Hey! I’m Tanya, a curious and open-minded traveler who loves immersing myself in new places and connecting with people from all walks of life. I enjoy deep conversations, spontaneous adventures, and experiencing cultures beyond just the tourist spots. I’m usually the social planner on trips and you can probably find me organising CS hangouts a couple of days into my trips 😌
I’m on a journey of deep self exploration. I’m social and love meeting new people, but I also appreciate quiet moments and respect personal space. Whether it’s sharing travel stories over a meal or simply coexisting in a relaxed environment, I adapt easily. My goal is to create genuine connections while being a considerate guest.
Looking forward to meeting fellow travelers and locals who can share their world with me!
**please note: I am not looking to date or have any romantic connections on my trips away. I have a lot of messages to get through so please be patient, I may not always be able to respond due to volume but I really appreciate you reaching out**
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
While I really enjoy my own company and can comfortably afford solo travel, I’ve learned that it soon gets boring for me. I grew up without a big family, and because of that, I really enjoy living with people, looking after them, and sharing time together. There’s something special about being in a home, exchanging cultures, and experiencing life alongside others rather than just passing through a place alone.
Couchsurfing allows me to do just that.. meet amazing people, learn from their way of life, and share meaningful moments. I love the idea of traveling not just to see places, but to truly connect with the people who bring them to life.
