我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

Few years ago, i lived in Europe. At that time, I traveled through many countries and cities, and i got lots of help from locals. So i hope to help travelers who come to my city when I back to China. I now work in Beijing, having a moderate-size room. I bought my couch specially for becoming a guest's bed after it is spreaded. That is to say, if you travel to Beijing, i can offer you a confortable bed, and right next to it, are my bookshelf and plants.

兴趣

travelling is definitely my top favorite. Meeting new friends and learning every cross-cultural things are also my favorites. Beside my day job, i'm now writing travelling column for six different travel magazines at the same time. So you can also say that writing travel story is one of my hobbies. i used to have my own band when i was in the university. Now im too busy, but still playing the guitar when i have free time. Cooking is also one thing i love. I like to learn how to cook different country cuisine.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I've been through too many wonderful things! Some of them i can still remember clearly. First: in the south of France, i've picked lemons for all day long in the lemon garden right next to Mediterranean Sea. Second: there was one afternoon in the countryside of Spain, i strolled on the coast road until the sun fell from the sea-level. Third: in one small fjord town in the Norway, i planted onion, fed sheeps, herded horse, and picked blueberry in the woods. Forth: in the winter of Bavaria, Germany. I walked to the lake in a snowy day.

I can teach you German, and Chinese definitely. Also i can teach you how to cook Chinese and Spainish cuisine. But if you're a Spainish, well… i guess you can skip this, haha. Im so willing to show you around Beijing, listen to your travel story. And, you can teach me your hometown cuisine, so that i can write in my new book!

The accommodation i can provide, is close to Beijing famous tourist attractions. For example, there are only two subway stations away from South Luogu Lane, Gulou, and also Houhai. Both convenient for subway line 10 and line 8. My place is a moderate-size room. I decorated everything by heart. Right next to your bed, are my bookshelf and plants. there are so many souvenirs i bought from al over the world. You can use my kitchen to cook what you want. As for food material, my refrigerator is always full!!
