ABOUT ME

I'm easy going, I like to just see where life takes me. I love to be surprised each day and always expect the best of life. I have a strong vision of where I want to go, but let the universe figure the how's for me. It's more exciting that way! I love to laugh and believe that you can find something in common with everyone you meet. I am usually the one that people come to for advise or coaching in life matters. My career is in helping people become healthier, more balanced through natural options.

PHILOSOPHY

I feel there are no mistakes in this life, only lessons. Every situation is an opportunity to grow and expand as a Being on this planet.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I want to eventually travel more and hope to be a guest one day. I am able to host, however, I have a small 2 bedroom house with 2 older kids 18 and 12 who occupy the 2nd room. I also have a large, yet very friendly dog and 2 cats which are also laid back and super cool. My couch is available for those who do not mind the couch, literally! My home is quiet and cozy though and my family is super cool. A least I think so! We're all artistic yogis in this house with an easy going attitude. So if you like people and animals in a cozy living space you are welcome!

Interests

People grab my attention. I love learning about life through observing other people, and learning about new cultures. I Ike watching movies. Exploring new places without a real plan is always fun! Taking in the beauty of art and nature always leaves me awestruck. I have so many interests I don't know if I can really summarize it.
I do love health, nutrition, movies, dancing. The normal stuff and of course hiking when the weather and my time permits.

Music, Movies, and Books

It's easier to say what I don't like. Hard core rap, and horror movies...everything else I'm open for. I just love to read, so as long it's a good book, I'll read it!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I recently went on a safari...seeing the animals in Africa was indescribable. To see lions up close and personal, or have an elephant hanging out right by my porch was amazing! I saw the Great White sharks off the coast of Cape Town....those are truly incredible creatures. And something I would do again.
