About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To get educated about life and everything it has to offer.

ABOUT ME

I was born in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina to Cynthia and Tyroll Taylor. Things were well for about three years after I was born before things fell apart. My father was relocated to a base in Tuscon, Arizona where he met my current stepmother and mother of my half brother and sister whom I love very much even though I haven't seen them in three years.

My mother is all I've got as far as family. I've always been able to depend on her, and she's always taught me well. I was told to never judge or form opinions until I actually came into contact with people. That can be hard at times, but I try so hard to be accepting of everyone until they give me a reason not to. My mom was married once again when I was in 2nd grade. She and her husband divorced when I was in 8th grade, but Stanley was more of a dad than my biological father was. I am thankful for that even though we don't talk to each other anymore. My mom admitted that that marriage wasn't for love and more because she felt like I should have a father figure in my life. I feel like I've turned out pretty damn awesome to be the product of a single-parent household.

I am a student of psychology. I have always been fascinated with how the human mind works. I'm not really interested in the parts of the brain, or any of that.. But I like knowing why people do what they do. I feel like I don't put enough time into my schoolwork, but somehow I manage to do some things right.

I am always learning new things and experiencing new things. My new year's resolution for 2009 was to grow some balls and live life to the fullest. I need to do everything I want to before I die, and the reality of death is settling each year.

I am a huge music geek. I could probably tell people so much unnecessary information about my favorite bands. I follow tours for fun and have become pretty good friends with some of my favorite bands because of it. I would love to tour for a living, but I haven't found the way to do that, yet. I would love to work on the Warped Tour if they ever manage to have a really good lineup again.

I am constantly changing and growing as a person. Even though I've become a little more socially awkward as I've gotten older, I feel like I can connect on a level that people usually can't, sometimes. I think I just think too much for my own good. :]

PHILOSOPHY

I am a firm believer in fate and I believe that everything happens for a reason. I think that everything was initially created perfect and only man believes there are imperfections in nature.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I'm very new at this. My friend and I are planning to possibly take a trip during the summer.

Interests

Music, music, music. I love traveling and the human mind. I enjoy tattoos and piercings. I like learning about advances in technology (I like gadgets!) and how each and every one of us can make a difference.. If only by a little bit.
