My mission is to live life to the fullest... you only live once, so you better make the best out of what you have and do.

ABOUT ME

Pizza is my favorite food - my family owns an amazing Italian restaurant in Des Moines. My favorite times are spent with friends and family. I love to speak Spanish and everything related to Spanish and Latino cultures. I went skydiving with friends but had to be nudged out of the plane. Fruit smoothies are THE best summer food. Laying out in the sun is heavenly, but I also love being active in new places. I think the best way to learn is to get involved and not be afraid to ask lots of questions. Chicago is my favorite city in the US... but Miami is close behind. I love all kinds of music, except for elevator music. I love to take pictures, and journaling is one of my favorite things to do. My goal is to visit at least one new country a year. I think that you can learn more about yourself and become a more well rounded person by meeting a variety of people from different places. Everyone has a valuable opinion, even if you don't agree with it. Respectable, respectful, honest, responsible, caring, fun, willing to try, outgoing, friendly and organized are the main ways I would describe myself.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I want to meet new people... no matter where I am. I love to meet locals in the countries/cities I visit because I want to actually experience the culture- not just the tourist destinations. I'd love to show people around the US and show off the places I've grown up.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

We couchsurfed in Paris and Amsterdam and had a fanastic experience!

Machu Pichu was lifechanging- climbing Winapichu and finally getting to the top after spending hours climbing and then being able to see that amazing view was fantastic.
