HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Surfed in a few places around Europe, Asia, Australia, and now exploring Africa.
I really hope i can return the favour soon by hosting other travellers once i have my own place!

Intereses

Currently travelling in East Africa with my boyfriend Ed.

I enjoy exploring interesting new places and general adventuring, as well as chilling out at the end of the day with a cold beer/ movie/ music and good company!

Im a nature lover, big into trekking and try to get outside for a walk daily...
My favourite places normally involve either mountains or water... i love beaches, lakes, waterfalls, hot springs, anywhere with a nice view 😍

Música, películas y libros

I listen to all kinds of music... anything with real instruments, funky beats or interesting lyrics! Really depends on the mood and situation! In the UK i regurarly went to music concerts and festivals which is something i miss while travelling... Extra points if you take me to see some live music! 😉

I dont watch much tv but i am partial to a good comedy (Peep show is my ultimate favourite!!)

Movie-wise anything deep and dark normally gets my attention...
Pulp fuction, this is england, and a clockwork orange are among my favourites!

Dont read as much as id like to... Few of my recent favourites are Sapiens, Shantaram, animal farm

Ive got some good stories to tell but I'm also a great listener and enjoy hearing other people's! I have travelled to quite a few countries and would be more than happy to swap travel stories and tips with csers!

I am vegetarian and eat vegan as much as possible... but I'm a big food lover (especially spicy food!) so any cooking tips, recipes, restaurant outings or street food adventures are very much welcomed! Im happy to help out in the kitchen and make food to share!

I enjoy playing games with people... I have a deck of cards and know some good card games which i can try to teach you... Plus im always up for learning new ones if you know any!

I developed good Spanish skills during my time in south America and Spain but sadly havent been able to practice much in the last year so if anyone wants to speak or learn some Spanish with me that would be good!

I completed my 200 hour yoga teacher training last January. I'm still pretty much a beginner myself but I try to do some self practice every morning/afternoon so can teach some basic hatha yoga and pranayama if you're interested.

Qué puedo ofrecer a los anfitriones

I try to get to know my host, hopefully share a meal and a few drinks! Im keen to travel and explore together if hosts have the time!
