My current mission is to get the hell out of Dodge! I'm realizing that it's time to actively persue true passions this year. I'm studying Costa Rica, working on my Spanish, learning about visa requirements, and hoping to end up in Japan.

Choke-Palahniuk, Siddartha-Hesse, Live and Laugh Outloud-Dr. West are just a few favorite books.Ha! Actually the combo express my personality quite well. I love 90's Alt-rock, most Hip Hop from every era, Miguel, Frank Ocean, The Black Keys, B.B. King, Bloc Party, Laura Mvula, Reggaeton, etc. I'm very open, but not a big electronic music fan. Favorite movies: Ameliè, Deathproof, Eat Pray Love, Woody Allen movies, House of 1000 Corpses, Tarantino movies, The Skin I Live In.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

My most significant moments have been when I've found myself alone abroad. I will never forget the moment that I was smoking a cigar walking along the Main admiring the flowers and businessmen cycling by. The mounting excitement I felt on the train on my way to seeing Harajuku for the first time. Or the absolute serenity I experienced sprawled out naked atop smooth stones surrounding a hotspring in the morning sun. Also, I watched my sister give birth this year:) These are some of my special moments. Truly appreciate this question;)

Teach, Learn, Share

Soon I'll be certified to teach English. Otherwise, I can teach you to be comfortable inside your own skin, how to have fun, and think bigger. 'Tis a skill of mine! I should've been a muse. Lol
