Hi there, i was born and raised in Alexandria,Egypt, i attended highschool & graduated college in the USA & now live in California, i spend about 2-3 months a year in Egypt.! I love to travel, Istanbul is one of my favorite spots..along with any place on the Meditteranean sea..

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

CS is a chance to see the city you travel to through the eyes of an actual resident..this has much more substance instead of just "touristy" areas & scenes.

I'd love to make some good connections & also host some other travelers either in my home town of Alexandria, Egypt (i'm usually there in the summers) or in Scottsdale, AZ.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Paris, Rome, Sorrento! Thessaloniki 2012 , did it solo on a whim, didn't stay on any couches but met many people through couch surfing that showed me around + met up with other travelers...amazing adventure!

Ps: I've noticed a few people that tend to think couch surfing is a site to stay somewhere FREE & MOOCH off people or try to get a date & hook up...- If you are not in this for the "CULTURAL EXPERIENCE" then you are at the wrong place & shouldn't even be on CS!
