As part of studying abroad, traveling and meeting new people is the main goal for me.

ABOUT ME

Well, first of all hello everyone!
I am a 19 y.o Palestinian, I live in Heraklion, Crete (the most beautiful island ever, I'm loving it).. This is my first year of college in crete, where I'm studying law, yes I know, and what else.. yeah my house is a humble apartment in the middle of heraklion (near to all the good stuff over here) and I would love to host people from all over the globe, I guess this is one of my virtues as an arab, we are very hospitable, believe me just think about it all what you want from Arabic food, smoking sheesha/Nargeeleh/hooka, and of course Arabic music!!

PHILOSOPHY

Hmm.. I actually have this wall picture hanged in the living room saying "Don't take life too seriously. Nobody gets out alive anyway" so that's about it. Life is to be enjoyed, discovered, and loved.. there are so much things to do in life and we shouldn't miss anything, including couch surfing.

Interests

Well, I'm in love with the greek life.. and I might be interested in anything; I like to try different things in my life.
But Since I come from Palestine I'm interested in politics, discussing and sharing my opinion. I love to COOK, explore, eat, drink, and hang out.

Music, Movies, and Books

Greek and Arabic music are the thing.. as well summer hits, party hits.. classics sometimes could do the job for some wine, you know!
Movies; I would say action, comedy, foreign, and mystery.
Books? I'm trying to get there..

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I'm still 19.. back in Palestine during my teenage days, life was a bit limited. But after I got here.. there are lots of things on my check-list.. maybe we can check one of them together.. but until now living in Greece is both an amazing thing done, and seen.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can definitely teach you some Arabic, it's easy trust me, as well some Arabic traditional dances, Arabic food, pretty much you'll be about that Arab life after meeting me!
I participated in lots of different activities, from conflict resolution, to media work shops, to business programs and I would love to share my experiences with anyone and of course to learn about theirs!
As well I can help anyone learn about Palestine and what is going over there!
