About Me

Cheers, folks. It's been a while since I last checked into CS and by now I actually have a couch to offer myself.
I haven't been living in Leipzig for very long, but I'd be more than happy to share my limited local knowledge with you!

About me: I'm a medical student here, so it gets a bit busy during the active semester, but let's be real, it's not thaaat much work.

Anyway. If you're in town do hit me up. The couch tends to be free.
Tell me something about yourself, tho! Just the usual, you know? What's your name? What is your quest? What is the airspeed velocity of an unladen swallow?

But for real, maybe (if you have a sufficiently optimistic outlook) tell me about something you're looking forward to on your travels. :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I had a few stays a few years ago and enjoyed them greatly. There are even some CS-contacts still left over from that time. Anyway, I'm looking forward to some new contacts of the sort.

Interests

I like to hike, I like to travel, I like to sit on my couch an watch a movie or read a book. If none of these apply I might be cycling, cooking or dead. Or I'm in the library wishing I was the latter, of course.

Music, Movies, and Books

Gotta be my GOAT, Bob Dylan.
If you know German, Thomas Bernhard wrote some really funny stuff. Terry Pratchett too...
I know, it's so cliché, but I really do like the Wes Anderson stuff.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Meeting the most kindhearted people imaginable. Turns out you can find them literally any- and everywhere.

Teach, Learn, Share

I'm still stuck in the phase of sucking at many different things. Might reach some proficiency at something eventually.

I do reasonably well with languages, though. Maybe there's something to be exchanged here. :)

Countries I’ve Visited

Armenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Czech Republic, France, Georgia, Italy, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Lithuania, Montenegro, Norway, Poland, Russian Federation, Sweden, Turkey, United Kingdom, Uzbekistan
