ABOUT ME

I am a fairly quiet and thoughtful person, but I can be made talkative with the right questions.
I am a keen cyclist, and have cycled more than 140 miles a day before. I am interested in cycle touring, but haven't found the right time yet.

Music, Movies, and Books

I enjoy reading a lot, I usually have a book on the go. Recently I've gone more for popular science books, particularly biology. But I still enjoy good fiction.
I like a lot of different music. Some artists I like are: Radiohead, Eels, Lemon Jelly, Pink Floyd, Aphex Twin, Bob Dylan, Smashing Pumpkins, Propaghandi, The Libertines, Stereophonics.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Cycling long distances has to be one of the most rewarding and amazing things. Flying down the side of hills, seeing the views from the top....
Seeing people using non-violent resistance in peaceful protest, and letting themselves be arrested, was incredible.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach basic bicycle maintenance and maybe help fix a bike.
