I like the simple things in life, beauty in all forms, being quiet, like-minded strangers, surprise connections, and occasionally finding the guts to do something completely out of character. And bacon.

PHILOSOPHY

Whatever I choose to do today, I will not regret if I died in my sleep tonight. This sounds huge and profound. However, what I really mean is that I did not regret the amount of mascarpone cheese I ate straight out of the packet after dinner.

I joined this site in 2005 but I neither travelled nor was able to host. I still can't host, as I do not have a place of my own, but I travel more often now.
