I'm a carefree, outgoing 26 year old Kiwi girl. I love the outdoors, travelling, spending time with friends, my horse iceman and all things related to the ocean. Day to day (when not travelling) I am a landscape architect. A job which I love and feel lucky to do ( I get to design and oversee the construction of playgrounds, schools, sports parks, gardens and public spaces!!) I am currently taking a break from work to go travelling.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I want to meet the local people who live in the places I visit. I feel that meeting locals is a way of truly connecting with a place, you get to hear stories, see a different perspective on life and observe a different way of living. Basically I enjoy meeting new people and making connections around the world. New Zealand is a small place, it's nice to feel connected to something bigger.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Visited the tsaatan reindeer people in northern Mongolia 🦌 yes I have patted a reindeer. They do exist!

I can share my travel tips for new Zealand, teach you about landscape architecture and plants, oh and I know a fair bit about horses too
