I am continuously striving to create more wholeness in my own life, presence in that which I participate in, and embrace who I am at the very core. My days involve activities to support and nourish my body, mind, and soul. I love creating vibrant meals, connection with the natural elements, and forming deep relationships with the life that surrounds me.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

A few - Exploring an underground ancient Mayan cave in the the jungle of Belize. Three day trek through Colca Canyon in Peru. Driving through the beautiful land of Connemara National Park in Ireland.

Teach, Learn, Share

I love to share space with others, immersing myself in full presence and connecting through the underlying web that binds us all. I enjoy fully emerging myself in a new culture and learning the ins and outs of how it is to live there and am happy to share about my own. I'd love to cook new cuisine and teach some of my own recipes. I'd love to share reiki, food, ukulele tunes, music, laughter.
