Hi, I'm Taryn and I want to meet the world. Growing up I read a lot, from fiction to non-fiction, history to sci-fi, because within every book was a new world to explore. The more I read the more I wanted to see and experience what I had imagined in the world around me. Traveling lets me live my imagination and learn more than could be contained in any book. So much of that comes from meeting new people. I'm easy going and cherish great discussions with curious minds. I particularly enjoy hearing people's personal narratives and am currently working on an interview project to amass a collection of verbal human experiences.

-dancing (I'm currently learning lindy hop and blues, soon to begin ballet, and open to learning all forms of dance)
-reading (currently reading: How We Got to Now: Six Innovations That Made the Modern World by Steven Johnson and The Elephant Vanishes by Haruki Murakami
-photography(I'm a beginner but focus on urban photography)
-art (both observing and creating, currently working on some typography/calligraphy work)
-moving (I like to stay active with cycling, running, hiking, boxing and yoga)
