About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To travel everywhere I can, to see all I can see, meet everyone I can meet and learn about their experiences
ABOUT ME
29. Curious. Outgoing. I have wanderlust but quenched it by reading voraciously ;-) It isn't really working anymore.
I am fluent in American Sign Language and am glad to teach you whatever you want to know. (I’m deaf but lipread well!)
I look forward to meeting you! Have a beautiful day and happy travels.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I have done airbnb, both as a host and traveler. I was a superhost and have 100% positive reviews as a guest. I can give you the link.
I'd love to use the connections here to travel all over the world and hear people's unique life stories. As a student I’m on a budget so couchsurfing is fantastic for that reason too though I am not here to use you.
Please note: my profile says I have 0% responses. This is not true and is some kind of glitch. :/ Disregard that.

Music, Movies, and Books
Movies: Zoolander
Music: Yep, I’m deaf but like music. I like a LOT of music- my taste is a bit eclectic. Some of my favorites are Black Keys, Queens of the Stone Age, Tech9, Nirvana, and 6 Underground.
Books: My favorite book is The 4 Agreements. I recommend it to everyone. My 2nd favorite is Extremely Close and Incredibly Loud by Jonathan Safran Foer
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I feel life is amazing in general! ;) But..
*Bishop Castle in Rye, Colorado- definitely recommend it!!
This guy single-handedly built himself this amazing castle in 40 years, and is still adding on to it. There are a lot of lovely architectural details and it is just amazing to see what was accomplished. You can climb all over the castle. See if you can make it up to the top of the spiraling staircase tower or if it's too high for you!
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach ASL - American Sign Language. I can tell you about Deaf culture. I’ll gladly help you clean or cook.
I'd love to learn about what it was like growing up being YOU-- :) I love learning about places and people. Tell me about your city!
Ask me anything, I’m an open book.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I'm friendly and kind. I was thrilled to see that couchsurfing agrees with my philosophy of "strangers are just friends you don't know yet." I will be respectful at your place, as I, too, have hosted.
I have many great reviews on Airbnb as both a host and guest! Ask me if you want to see them because I know right now I have 0 references.
Have a great day! :)
