The main thing to know about me, is that I am a good person. Always respectful of others,trustworthy,honest, and a loyal friend, im also very down to earth...I call a spade a spade. Im living back in Hobart, after being in Melbourne for 10 years, (I have returned for family reasons)
I love my friends and family, and Im always up for any kind of adventure that comes my way. I have a good sense of humor, and enjoy a good laugh : )

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I participate in this amazing project by hosting wonderful people, and being open to new experiences that they can bring into my life. I also hope to get involved with the Hobart CS community as much as I can.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I am very new to Couch Surfing, and so far I have only been a Host!! But the people I have meet in this short time, have made me realise that I made the right choice in getting involved with this project!!! I have made new friends, and had some fantastic times with these people. And hopefully will experience being a CS myself, when I set out on my travels around UK and Europe in May. Im looking forward to meeting some wonderful host's : )

Interessi

Have a huge range of interests....too many to put down. So here are a few. Love the water, anything to do with the water. Sailing, swimming etc. Have done a bit of Salsa dancing...want a work out? Try it! I enjoying reading. Most weekends you will find me bush walking (the Australian bush, is a wonderful thing) Also enjoy the gym. And I love to be with my friends (enjoying a meal or a drink, with some great music) The theatre is a passion of mine (one of the reason I love Melbourne) have done quite a bit of acting myself (plays,tv etc). And last but not least, RED WINE is my friend...love it!!!!

Musica, film e libri

My music taste's are endless. U2,Bon Jovi,Jazz,Chill out Music,John Butler, The Waifs, Elton John, Ministry Of Sound, Robbie Williams, World Muisc,Jazz, Dance & Techno 80's hits. Also Im a huge fan of Celtic Music.... my music tastes go on and on. My favourite song is "Over the Rainbow-What a Wonderful World" by Israel Kamakawiw !!!(I belive everyone needs to listen to this song, it makes your heart smile : )!!)
When it comes to books and movies...im quite fussy. Enjoy movies and books that are based on truth. Not a ficton reader, and not into romantic comedies. Love thrillers, and movies with some depth. Some of my favourite's are "Billy Elliot", "BraveHeart","Romulus My Father"(Australian),"Amelia","The Others,"ET","The lives of others" the list goes on and on! Also enjoy watching foreign movies (from other places in the world, other than America) !!!

Una cosa incredibile che ho fatto

I used to work on a Tall Ship on the east coast of Australia, lived and worked on this vessel for 6 months! "Hard Work", but rewarding. There were many times when I would look over the side to see dolphins, and whales with their babies...crusing along side the ship (very inquisitive animals) When you experience something like this, it makes you realise how small you are, and how huge the world is!!! And also that these animals need to be protected by us!!!
