Hi, I am Tanya!

A little serious disclaimer before you proceed: yes, my country of birth is Russia. Yet, I'm a European resident, I share European values and I do not support the war. I hope we'll understand each other :) now, back to the fun Tanya!

Hi, I'm an IT student in Hamburg, Germany. I have lived in five countries on two continents, I love traveling, and meeting locals is a much better way to explore places. I genuinely enjoy sharing, participating, engaging. I love writing songs, I do LARP and tabletop roleplaying games, play board games, have interest in video game industry. And not only that, I have a wide range of interest - for example, I really love talking about child psychology or watching videos about different parrot personalities. I'm pretty sure we will find something to talk about :)

I have the cutest boyfriend Henrik, who draws for a hobby and works in IT for a living. He is one of the coolest dungeon masters I know, and one day we will publish a book together. He doesn't have a Couchsufing account, but we are traveling together so I'm using mine :)

I am not just looking for a place to stay; I am looking for new wonderful people I can meet, conversations I can have, knowledge I can absorb, fun we can have together. I love sharing. This is what Couchsurfing is about.

兴趣

I enjoy music, video games, psychology, culture, languages, embroidery, photography, technology and science. I also play guitar and sing a bit :) I really enjoy mountain hikes, long walks and cycling tours. And animal watching, when they are not kept too constrained :)

Not a smoker, but own a shisha. Not a regular drinker, but enjoy delicious beer (in Germany, it's no more than enjoying a soft drink on a hot summer day).

And honestly, I really enjoy when people talk about something they are passionate about. I am almost 30 and I'm a student, which probably says something about my eagerness to learn :D

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I once attended a wedding in a castle in Slovakia with a toy sword, a wizard dress and my two knight friends. We shouted "hazzah!" and pointed our swords at the sky any time the newlyweds kissed, or for any other reason. Cause why not?
