Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

By trying most of all to be myself and this way share experiences and thoughts with others.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Surfed alone in Europe which proved to be an experience that just keeps on giving, sometimes these memories pop up in my head and I go back there for a little while. Hosted too in Oulu and saw for example, for the first time in my life, a storm approaching on a lake. Cool!

Music, Movies, and Books

I´m sort of stuck in the past with music, books and films. Black-and white films with mysterious women and outspoken poetry, Bukowski, Hemingway and the Beat Generation, Joni Mitchell, Neil Young, Pink Floyd, Bowie and The Smiths.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I couldn´t just mention one amazing thing! One that comes to mind at this moment is to have experienced "the see in love" in Ravenna. We went for a moonlight swim with my host and under the water our hands and feet had a flaming and smoking effect; silvery and pearly with movement, it was just beautiful.
