ABOUT ME

I was a middle school teacher for 4 years, but decided that I wanted some different life experiences and wanted to know more about my Brazilian side of my heritage, so now I´m traveling around Brasil.

I hear that I have a really strong personality and really clear likes and dislikes. When I sit down to write it down, it's kind of tough for me to pin down.

I like fighting for justice
I love teaching.
I like being Ecuadorian and Brazilian and feel connected to a Latina idenitiy in the US. I like celebrating my people.
I like dancing, especially those times when I feel both really free and really in my body. You know what I mean?
I like having good conversations. I'm kinda nerdy, but it's not important to me that the people I hang out with be nerdy too. It is important to me that we have a good vibe.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

When I was living in Providence, Rhode Island (USA) our house hosted couchsurfers and always had great experiences. Now that I´m traveling, I´m hoping to use this connect with people!
