I converse about many things, in general I'm interested in cultural exchange, diverse perspectives, traditions, practices.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like Italian music of the 60s and the 70s, nueva cancion chilena, nueva trova cubana, reggae, American and English rock music, afrobeat, folk music. About the cinema, I like the Neorealismo italiano, some French and Spanish cinema (first of all Pedro Almodovar), Stanley Kubric, Ken Loach, Spike Lee and Woody Allen. About literature, I usally read many essays for my university, but I love Russian literature (especially Dostoevsky) but also Italian, French, American and Latin American literatures.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

wonderful travels to Cuba and in Mexico.

Teach, Learn, Share

Unfourtunatly I have no practical skills at all, but I can share the knowledge I am involved with in my study (history, Latin American studies, postcolonial studies, economics, politics, philosophy) and I can share a curiosity toward the others, in particular towards people who enjoy travelling and who like sharing ideas and points of view.
