ABOUT ME
I'm half lithuanian, half guyanese but I grew up in Guyana,South America and Im currently studying medicine in Russia. Guyana is located in south america but due to our history and geographical location our culture is 100% Caribbean and we speak only english. I study in PFUR where there is an abundance of foreign students from over 120 different countries and its a pleasure being friends with so many different people and knowing their culture!, but Im even more interested in traveling to those countries and having a first hand experience of the culture, food and everything else they have to offer =]. So basically I've come a far way from home and I want to use this opportunity to visit as many countries as possible in europe and asia and also meet many new friends everywhere I go :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Wonderful!.I live on campus so I can't host anyone but I've been hosted quite a few times and had a great experience every time :)
I also show couchsurfers around Moscow when I have free time and sometimes I take part in cs events but because of my studies I don't have that much free time :(

Interests

visiting new places and people, medicine, trying new foods and learning about different cultures

Music, Movies, and Books

I listen to all kinds of music but mostly dancehall,soca, hip hop and club music. In terms of movies- any good comedy or action movies.
I enjoy reading books about psychology, human behaviour, self help and leadership.
I would strongly recommend you read: "The code of the extraordinary mind" by Vishen Lakhiani, it might change your life :))

Teach, Learn, Share

I'd love to learn about the culture of different people, that is one of the reasons why I came all the way from Guyana to study in Russia and started couch surfing...and Im willing to share the same information about my culture too with whoever is interested. I can also cook dishes of my country so if you want to get a taste of the Caribbean then Id love to cook for you :) By the way Im a native english speaker too so you can freely learn/practice english with me if you wish :)
