我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I am currently living in Louisiana, and I'm open to meeting people, as I can. My schedule will provide great limitations, but send a message, and hopefully, I can become more engaged in the CS community again.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I hope to become a more active member of CS soon. I am always interested in meeting new people, experiencing cultures, and hearing stories, and trying foods/beers.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have had a few CS experiences and enjoyed all of them. In fact, I've made a few friends through CS. I hope the future holds more of the same. I saw the "crazy Latvian" stateside and enjoyed the opportunity to reconnect.

Music: too varied
Books: I finished The Alchemist while traveling. I am working to finish "Leading the Charge." Mainly what students are reading in class. Will be starting some suggestions I picked up along the road. With my move, I will be reading my alumni magazine, Ayn Rand, and possibly taking an online course.

Bicycled across Costa Rica. Weekend trip from Indiana to Colorado for my friend's sister-in-law's graduation. Two months traveling with my sister. Been a teacher who had an impact.
