Overview
About Me
I am a 28 year old hospitality professional with a passion for music, photography, and the Japanese skill toy, Kendama. I have been running restaurants and bars for most of the last ten years, and I grew up in a restaurant family, so building rapport, taking care of people, and enjoying great food and drinks are like living and breathing to me. I love to cook and feed those in my circle and nothing is better than an evening spent over homemade meals and beverages with friends

Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I am interested in traveling the world and I am much more focused on the accumulation of experiences rather than the accumulation of physical wealth. I practice travel hacking and trade my skillsets (hospitality and content creation) for lodging whenever I can because it is the most effective way to meet local people, glean insights into the best spots, and really connect with local culture wherever I may find myself in the world.

Teach, Learn, Share
I am passionately ecologically conscious and have been fully vegan for many years. I love showing people how easy it can be to live a life free of animal products and how it can elevate health, mind, body and soul. I am not militant in my beliefs and never try to force anyone who does not want to hear or change to listen. More so, I walk a path in life and invite others to join me on the journey.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I am a clean, responsible houseguest, willing to help out around the house. I am always excited to participate in cooking and providing meals (and the clean-up that follows). I frequently trade my skills for lodging, whether that is cooking and cocktailing or entertaining for an event, taking photos and delivering lifelong memories, creating short or long-form video content and production for local businesses and organizations, or just helping out in whatever the day's labor might entail. I mostly keep to myself when it comes to new places, as I have editing and communications to attend to, but I also enjoy conversation and shared meals if offered.
