Did you know that Couchsurfing was started by a guy in my area many, many years ago?! Just hopped back on CS and noticed that a lot has changed (ie there's an app and all these extra features!) I hope the soul and amazingness of CS remains as I once remembered it 10 years ago!

I've used couch surfing in my early 20's when I was living in France and it was lovely. I've lost touched with this since then and sadly, lost the account details/email used/PW combo. 😫 ____________Now that I'm back traveling, I would love the opportunity reconnect with the locals during my travels... be it lodging or getting tips on where to eat, going to unique places only locals would know. It yields high in special experiences and I've enjoyed my few connections on here.

Watching sunrises on mountains like Fuji, Toubkal and Mount Whitney is by far one of my faves activities. 🏕🏔🌄Seeing dawn break through the colorful sky & being in the moment, free of the technology & distractions is an experience every human should experience at least once. Also a great activity with a companion.
