People & the environment are my passions. I love hearing stories of people's travels and their lives. I feel that we are made for connecting with one another. I get energy from getting to know others!

I also have a strong calling towards protecting our environment. The world is a beautiful place that I feel should be respected & cherished. Sustainability is a way of life for me.

I also love animals which is the biggest reason, besides the environment that I choose to be a vegetarian.

I'm have a Bachelors in Chemical Engineering from the University of Toledo.

Philosophy
Traveling should be about the people not monuments.

Pourquoi je suis sur Couchsurfing

I'm couch surfing to get a deeper experience during my travels. I love to meet new people and experience new cultures. I feel like couchsurfing is the best way to do this.

When I can host I would also love to give back to other couchsurfers by helping them feel at home away from home. :)

Centres d'intérêt

This past year I started doing yoga and absolutely love the peace and calm it brings to my life.

I can be a competitive person when it comes to sports but just for fun. I played volleyball, basketball, and soccer growing up so if people are playing I always join.

Of course since I love nature, I also love spending time in it. Hence hiking, mountain biking, and any other outdoor activity are beloved pass times of mine.

I'm not necessarily artsy but I enjoy dancing whether it's Texas two step, waltz, swing, or salsa; just to name a few. :) I also write poetry if I feel inspired to do so.

Since I'm the only veggie in my family I had to learn the skills of the kitchen so I'm always up for cooking or baking!

I don't necessarily enjoy partying. I'd prefer a chill night with a few drinks and good conversation. :)

I'm attempting to learn how to play guitar as of late so any free lessons would be appreciated. :)

Also I used to be very versed in Spanish but have lost it in the past few years. I would love to practice the language with anyone who's willing.
