I am American and my boyfriend is a German. :) We met in high school and did long distance for many years before I finally crossed the pond. We both moved to Munich to be together, although I came a little farther! We are both doing our master's degrees at TUM. I'm a dietitian and study nutrition and biomedicine and he studies robotics and artificial intelligence.

We live in Unterschleißheim (North Munich) with our sweet dog and a sassy cat.

Our place is a 5 minute walk to the S-bahn station (S1) and a quick 30 minute ride to the city center, the airport, or the historic town of Freising where the oldest brewery in the world is located (Weihenstephan).

We're happy to just lend you a place to sleep and give some recommendations for what to do in the city, or we can all have dinner together and get to know each other.

We also like to drive to the alps with the dog to go hiking on sunny days or have a picnic at the Englischer Garten. You're welcome to join us for that!

We love meeting new and especially international people, and I enjoy showing people around Munich and having guests.
