About Me
My name is Taylor, I'm 19 and I'm from Kingston, Jamaica, currently living in Meadville, PA as a sophmore at Allegheny College. I'm a Global Health Studies major and Community and Justice Studies minor. I'm very passionate about nutrition, food and economic justice and am going to be applying to go into the Peace Corps for after I graduate.
I'm a personal trainer, I love to cook, exercise, draw, sculpt, read, write, do calligraphy, and run. I love having conversations about anything and I love to meet new people! :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Earlier this semester I organized a week-long protest at school to demand policy change towards racial bias and sexual harassment incidents on campus, we're now in the process of meeting with administration to wite new policy and figure out how to change our campus culture
Teach, Learn, Share
I love to share my life experiences and what I've learnt from them just as much as I love to hear these things from others, because we all have different perspectives.
I have tons of funny stories, amazing recipes, cooking techniques, exercise and nutritional knowledge I'd love to share. (I'm also pretty good at organization and planning and love helping people with those too!)
I love learning about how people grew up and their childhood memories, I'd love to learn about the culture and history of the place they live in currently and I'm also open to learning any and everything new!
What I Can Share with Hosts
I'm a very honest person and I do not shy away from any difficult topic, I'm an open book because I believe that being vulnerable is the only way to make genuine, meaningful connections with anyone. I usually love to listen to people's lives stories, share my life experiences with them and. through that, encourage compassion and courage. I also LOVE to cook for people and share my life experiences through that so please let me cook/bake for you!
