I am a college student who is studying abroad for a semester in a city right outside Lyon, France. I am looking to travel around Europe and meet wonderful people! I'm not in a position to host right now, but I plan on it when I have the chance in the States next year.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The most amazing thing I've ever done is sign up for a semester abroad in france. I left the USA in September of 2016 & I'll be in Europe until January. I've Couchsurfed for the first time in Geneva, Switzerland and it was so amazing! best trip of my life! I'm staying in Saint-Etienne, France right now for French classes with Jean-Monnet University. The people I've met in this city are some of the most interesting individuals with the greatest stories. I've learned so much about different cultures, religions, and languages & the fact that I'm just getting started with travelling is so amazing!

Teach, Learn, Share

I speak English & I can express myself in French. If anyone ever had any questions about either language, I would be happy to oblige! I can knit, crochet, and sew. I love talking about philosophy, books, and politics! When I go couchsurfing, I normally bring groceries with me & I'm always happy to share what I have. I enjoy spending calm nights in as much as adventurous nights out, so I guess flexibility & my own company are the main things I have to offer.
