I'm currently living at a little farm in Quebec. I like to travel around Canada! Quebec, Ontario, and the east coast are currently on the list after that I'm hoping to retrofit a van for winter living and head out west . But eastern Canada until April at least!

I'm Taylor. I've been travelling since I was 17 and I'm now 25. Nomad is a better descriptor than traveller for me?, because I like to really dig into a new place and live there for at least a few months. I'm not satisfied with touring, I need to turn over stones and find the secret soul of a place!

I'm a pretty wierd human and I love making people laugh. I'm a good story teller, fence climber, and campfire maker.

Interests

I play guitar and other instruments everyday! It's a cliche to say music is a part of my life but during the darkest hours a piano is healing or grieving or loving. Guitar and singing helps me express my silly tricksyness.

I like art , film, and literature as well, i like to skateboard and I'm interested in machines.
Interested also in social and environmental justice, global affairs and national(Canadian) politics and foreign policy. I've worked on municipal energy policy campaigns, provincial and federal elections, and grassroots community organizing projects. But nothing compares to exiting your tent at 6 am to the smell of a sacred fire, surrounded by hundreds of people ready to risk everything to make a difference.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One time I shaved my head and then went camping in an arid mountain range while a heat warning was in effect and got such a bad sunburn that my head swole up so I looked like a brainiac alien. You could poke the swelling and make little indentations so I made a happy face. What a weekend!

Amazing from my perspective , or yours?

Those brief moments in life when you realize everything is perfect and will go on being perfect with or without you are beautiful. I live for those moments!

Life is amazing ! Bungee jumping is pretty incredible. Mountain climbing is amazing too ! I've done both of those over in coastal bc. Sprinting through forests is amazing. Crowdsurfing at a good show is amazing. Living at occupy was amazing, and devoting my life to the environmental movement out west was amazing.
