I grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area of California before relocating to sunny San Diego for University in 2010. There I studied Behavioral Neuroscience at the University of San Diego and met my incredible girlfriend of 5 years, Justine.

We recently left our jobs in San Diego to begin traveling through Southeast Asia (beginning with a volunteer assignment in Nepal, followed by backpacking in Thailand, Myanmar, Laos, Vietnam, and Cambodia) for the next 6 months and would love the chance to meet and stay with locals to get an insider's perspective on the cultures I fell in love with during my last visit 2 years ago.

Justine and I met at a electronic music show 5 years ago so EDM holds a special place in our hearts. We enjoy just about everything but country music though.

We both love movies and are total Netflix junkies.

Justine always has her Kindle with her and loves sharing notes on recent reads.

By the time we meet, Justine and I will have spent a month volunteering in rural Nepal (Sinduhupolchok district) with All Hands, where our project focuses on clearing rubble and building shelters for those worst effected by last years earthquake.
