Resumen
Sobre mí
My name is Taylor.
I love to tell stories.
I told stories with pen and pad for a while.
Then I went to university to learn how to tell stories with a film camera.
I got one of my films into some festivals,
And realized I was pretty good at telling stories with a camera,
So now that's what I do for work.
I have a girlfriend named Lily.
I like her a lot.
I also have a dog named Sawyer.
I like him a lot too.
I like to travel to new places.
I like mother nature.
I like new people.
I like campfires.
I like a lot more things than I dislike
I'll probably like you.
I also like wine, crackers and cheese.
Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing
Couchsurfing is often seen as an alternative way of traveling, but for me its the only style of traveling that makes sense. Why stay in an expensive hotel, far removed from the local experience of the town you are staying in, when you can get a real firsthand experience of the place with real, beautiful people willing to share their home with you? With Couchsurfing you get to find the hidden gems, the local spots, the little known paths and trails. You get to stay in warm homes with warm characters. You get to enjoy life with others that enjoy life. You get to feel like a part of the bigger human community. The real question is whywould anyone not Couchsurf??
**A Little Disclaimer on My Couchsurfing Experience**
I helped host dozens of travelers through a co-op house in Seattle a couple years ago, and loved meeting new faces that passed through. I have never used couchsurfing for my own personal travels before, but after hosting many times I know what a courteous guest looks like, and you can rest assured I will go above and beyond with my surfing etiquette. Most of all I just look forward to spending time getting to know some new couch owners!

I'm an outdoor adventure filmmaker, so all films are pretty cool to me. Especially rock climbing films. Those rule. Here's a film of mine if you care to look!

Hmmmmm, books are a very special thing. One of my favorites is "Measure of a Mountain (Beauty and Terror on Mount Rainier)".

Algo increíble que he hecho
When I was about 14 or 15, my parents left their jobs in Seattle and decided to travel the world with me and my sister for 7 months. We went everywhere. I know this isn't technically something amazing I did myself, but my parents did a really awesome thing (which I'm eternally grateful for) and I thought I'd share that with you. Also, that trip gave me the "travel bug"which is pretty awesome too :)
Enseña, aprende, comparte
I can teach you anything camera/film/story related.
You could teach me ANYTHING about business. I'm too nice and thus run a terrible business model.
We can share stories together (ideally with a beverage near a fire of sorts).
Qué puedo ofrecer a los anfitriones
I can take pictures for you!
I can film something for you!
I can share stories with you!
I can make you dinner!
I can make you breakfast!
I'm a good listener!
I can chop firewood!
