ABOUT ME

I'm UK born & bred, but I live in France. I'm on my own alot, & as its always more fun to be able to share I'm just looking for some company. People tell me that I'm a smiley and optimistic person - I guess that depends on my mood though! I do get bored easily, but I dont hide it, I prefer to excuse myself and leave, than hold out and feel frustrated so I like having my car with me to be able to decide what and when and where. I'm highly independant and know my mind, I think I listen well to others too. Canada in summer 2007 to visit my grandmother (recently deceased) & also CS was good for me, I dont feel quite as self-centered now (when you are on your own, you tend to get a little morbid, and think only of yourself.) Oh, & I am desperately single & hate it! I have a little girl born summer 2010, she is lovely & smiley & quiet & playful & TALKATIVE :)

I try to attend Toulouse CS meetings that are held every 2 weeks, outings with CS & being a last-minute host

My car broke down in Madrid, Spain - a woman on the street took me in for the night with her husband and daughter!

Sunset on the Pyramids in Egypt (I was only 14yrs old!)
Parascending & landing on skis. Deep sea diving in the Turkish Mediteranean sea. Still too many things to see, do, experience - need company for that, its lonely otherwise

I'm bilingual French-English. I can eventually rent out my appartment in Lyon, France (1-bedroom, big lounge, private terrasse and parking space, 10mins walk from Part Dieu station) but for a correct price - someone in there already until September 2011. Otherwise couch available in Toulouse. I want to (re-)learn German. I love cooking, entertaining etc.
