Get pizza or die tryin'
I am called Travis by my friends and family, and 'Sexy Macho Machine of Love' by no one ever...yet! In that way, I guess you could say I am an optimist.
Since finishing my undergrad in the states I have been playing soccer (football) in europe. In the off season I like to travel and hang out with my family and friends back home. I love animals and have grown up with no less than five pets. I am the product of my mother's ambition and pragmatism and my father's idealism and wanderlust. I love to learn through doing.
The choice to be happy is our own and to be unhappy is a waste of time.
"What is that feeling when you're driving away from people and they recede on the plane till you see their specks dispersing? It's the too huge world vaulting us, and its good-by. But we lean forward to the next crazy adventure beneath the skies."

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Saw a World Cup game in Dortmund, Germany; saw Barça at Camp Nou.
Summer road trip Philadelphia - Chicago - South Dakota badlands - Big Timber, Montana - Glacier National Park - Yellowstone National Park - Philadelphia
Drove with my older brother from his driveway in Boulder, Colorado back to ours in Philadelphia in exactly 24 hours, stopping only for fuel.
Missed my flight home from Bangkok (but who hasn't?)
Recorded a 19/100 on my first ever examination at university.
Teach, Learn, Share
I would love to learn to expand my remarkably meager cooking repertoire. I can write creatively - we could co-author an absurdist story of love, regret, and penguin adultery (or whatever).
